Cancellation & Refund Policy

14 or more days before the event:

Client is entitled to a full refund of all payments made.

7 to 13 days before the event:

The deposit of $175.00 is non-refundable. Any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.

Fewer than 7 days before the event:

No refund will be issued. The full contract amount of $350.00 is owed.

Additional Terms

1.  All About Aerodynamics/Afro-Latin Publishing reserves the right to cancel the agreement in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2.  Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may be subject to additional fees.

3.  This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations or agreements.
